Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/3 c. oatmeal
    1/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    water
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients together and shape into balls.
    Roll in flour and brown in oil.
    Pour package of onion soup mix over browned meat balls.
    Add 2 cups of water and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
