Polly Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder and nuts.
    Stir to mix well.
    Fill paper baking cups half full in muffin pans.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Makes a dozen.
