Baked Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans or 1 lb. fresh shrimp
    1/2 c. green pepper, finely chopped
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. finely cut pimento
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 (4 oz.) can or more mushroom stems and pieces
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. half and half
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. rice, cooked
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all
    ingredients
    together
    except
    3/4 cup cheese. Place in
    2 quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
