Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    6 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
    Add one egg at a time, beating well after each.
    Add milk, baking powder, salt and vanilla.
    Add one cup flour at a time, beating well after each cup.
    Beat until real smooth and fluffy.
    Pour in greased tube pan.
    Place in cold oven.
    Turn heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
