Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. raw grated zucchini
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and foamy.
    Add sugar, oil, zucchini and vanilla.
    Mix lightly.
    Combine flour, salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon.
    Add to the egg mixture; stir until well blended. Add nuts and raisins.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
