Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. almond flavoring
1 c. oil
4 c. flour plus 4 heaping Tbsp. flour

Preparation

Cream butter and sugars.
Add eggs, tartar, soda, almond flavoring and oil.
Add flour gradually.
Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
