Strawberry Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. ripe berries, hulled and rinsed
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. dry red wine
    4 c. cold water
Preparation
    Place all ingredients except water in blender.\tProcess until smooth.
    Combine
    strawberry
    puree with water in saucepan; heat slowly until
    hot.\tServe
    warm
    or
    chill and serve cold.\tServes 8.
