Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. raisins (optional)
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs and add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla; mix well. Stir together dry ingredients and add to mixture.
    Add nuts and raisins.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
    Makes 2 loaves, 9 x 5 x 2-inches.
