Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sauerkraut, chopped
    1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 c. bell pepper, diced
    1/4 c. onion, diced
    3 Tbsp. red vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. celery seed (optional)
    3 Tbsp. pimentos, diced
Preparation
    Drain kraut for 15 minutes.
    Place in large bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Store in refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
    Keeps indefinitely.
