Sliced Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium baking potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    2 to 3 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped herbs
    4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Scrub and rinse potatoes.
    Cut into thin slices, but not all the way through.
    Put potatoes in baking dish and fan out slightly.
    Sprinkle on salt; drizzle with butter.
    Sprinkle on herbs.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
    Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake for another 10 minutes, until lightly brown.
