Waldorf-Style Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 small red Delicious apples, cored and sliced
1 c. diced celery
1/4 c. dark raisins
2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
4 iceberg or romaine lettuce leaves
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. sunflower seeds
Preparation

In small mixing bowl, sprinkle lemon juice over apples and toss lightly to combine; add celery, raisins and mayonnaise and mix until thoroughly coated.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
