Forgotten Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 lb. chuck roast
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 envelope Lipton dry onion soup mix
    potatoes
    carrots
Preparation
    Place roast on large piece of tinfoil and arrange vegetables (enough for your family) around roast.
    Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix.
    Spoon undiluted soup on top.
    Wrap loosely with foil, making sure it's sealed at the top and sides.
    Place in roaster pan.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 3 to 4 hours.
    Excellent with deer meat also.
