Scalloped Potatoes And Franks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. potatoes, thinly sliced
    1 c. sliced onions
    2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. frankfurters
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 (8 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato sauce
    1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, cut into chunks
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and onions with salt in boiling water 5 minutes; drain.
    Slice franks.
    Mix potatoes, onions, franks, flour, salt, butter, 1 can of Hunt's sauce, cheese and parsley together.
    Spoon into a 2-quart casserole.
    Pour remaining can of Hunt's sauce over. Bake 35 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
