Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 lb. round steak, cut 3/4 to 1-inch thick
    2 cans Campbell's tomato soup
    3 cans water
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Flour and beat steak.
    Salt and pepper.
    Brown in a small amount of oil on both sides.
    Place in large pot and add remaining ingredients.
    Cook on top of stove on low heat for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours until tender.
