Saturday Night Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (16 oz. each) cans clam chowder
2 (16 oz. each) cans kernel corn
2 (16 1/2 oz. each) cans minced clams
1 qt. half and half or milk
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tsp. olive oil
dried or fresh basil to taste
tarragon to taste
Preparation
-
Saute onion in oil.
Pour clam chowder, corn, clams, basil, sauteed onion and half and half into large pot.
Add tarragon and pepper to taste.
Let simmer until ready to serve with oyster crackers.
Serves 6.
