Chocolate Mounds Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted cake flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. corn oil
    4 eggs, separated
    3/4 c. water
    1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. almond extract
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa and baking powder into a large bowl.
    Add oil, egg yolks, water and flavoring; beat until smooth.
    Add cream of tartar to egg whites; beat until peaks form. Fold into main batter.
    Pour into three 8-inch well-greased and floured layer pans.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes, or until layers test done.
    Remove from pan; cool on rack.
    Spread Honey Coconut Filling between layers and top cake with Chocolate Frosting.
