Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3 large slices Velveeta cheese
    1 c. Minute rice
    1/2 stick Parkay margarine
    1/2 small onion
    1 small can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in water until thawed.
    Cook Minute rice as directed.
    Mix cheese, margarine, onion and cream of mushroom soup.
    Heat together just until cheese melts.
    Combine broccoli, rice and cheese mixture and bake in buttered dish at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
