Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 can tomato soup, condensed
    1 (pt.) can sliced tomatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    In a 4-quart Dutch oven, over medium heat, cook ground beef, onion, pepper and garlic until meat is browned and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally to break up meat.
    Drain well to remove fat.
