Mom'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 can tomato juice
    2 oz. chili powder
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    beans (optional)
    stewed tomatoes (optional)
Preparation
    Saute in butter the onions and green pepper.
    Brown beef in skillet.
    Pour all ingredients into crock-pot.
    Salt to taste.
