Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/3 c. butter
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Melt butter in shallow pan.
    Coat potatoes with flour, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Bake one hour at 375\u00b0.
    Sprinkle with parsley. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
