California Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry onion soup
    1 c. raw rice
    6 chicken breast halves
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 1/2 c. water or chicken broth
Preparation
    Sprinkle onion soup over bottom of 17 x 13 x 2-inch buttered pan.
    Lay chicken on top of rice.
    Dilute mushroom soup with water or broth.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
