Pecan Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, kneading sugar in gradually.
    Roll into rolls; wrap in wax paper and freeze.
    Dip rolls into caramel and roll in pecans.
