Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. scallions
1 c. Marsala wine
Preparation

Heat oil in skillet.
Combine flour, salt and pepper.
Flour chicken and brown in hot oil.
Add mushrooms, onions and wine. Cook and cover over very low heat for 45 minutes.
Serve with rice or pasta alfredo.
Yields 4 servings.
