Hot Chocolate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
    1 c. hot water
    3 or 4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix cocoa and sugar together well.
    Put in large, heavy pan. Stir in 1 cup hot water.
    Mix well.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture starts to boil.
    Boil cocoa and water mixture for 3 minutes.
    (Be careful, it will bubble up and try to boil over; reduce heat a little.)
    Add the milk.
    Heat until milk is piping hot, but do not boil!
    Add vanilla and serve.
    Delicious with whipped cream or marshmallows, too.
