Ingredients

1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate
2 Tbsp. water
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla, rum or brandy or more to taste
Preparation

Put in pan the chocolate and water. Stir over hot water until melted.
Separate eggs.
Beat the whites until stiff and set aside. Beat the yolks until thick and lemon colored. Beat in the chocolate and vanilla, rum or brandy.
Fold in the whites.
Spoon in cocktail glasses. Chill 12 hours or more. Serves 4 to 6.
