Aunt Louise'S Quick Light Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. buttermilk or sour milk
    2 c. white cornmeal
    1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together; pour into greased skillet or 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes, or until done.
