Pumpkin Apple Ring - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 eggs
2 medium apples, shredded
1 c. canned pumpkin
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/8 tsp. ginger
Preparation

Cream together sugar and butter.
Add eggs and blend in apples and pumpkin.
Stir together flour, baking powder, soda, salt and spices.
Bake in tube pan in 350\u00b0 oven for 55 minutes or until done.
Cool 10 minutes.
Remove from pan.
Sift powdered sugar over cooled cake.
