Buttermilk Pie(From The Files Of Mertis Adams) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. buttermilk
3 Tbsp. flour
3 egg yolks
4 Tbsp. butter

Preparation

Bring all ingredients to a boil in saucepan and pour into baked pie shell.
Top with 3 egg whites, beaten with sugar and bake.
