Mozzarella Fried(Mozzarella Fritto) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Cut Mozzarella cheese
    into
    1-inch
    cubes.
    Beat
    eggs with parsley, salt and pepper.
    Roll cubes in flour and dip in egg mixture.
    Roll in bread crumbs;
    dip
    in egg and roll once again in bread crumbs.
    Chill
    in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Fry in hot oil until bread
    crumbs turn a nice golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 40 to 45 pieces.
