Favorite Curried Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. finely minced celery
    2 large cans B&B mushrooms
    1 to 3 Tbsp. curry powder
    3 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    2 c. milk
    18 hard-boiled eggs
    2 Tbsp. dry sack sherry
    2 Tbsp. freshly minced parsley
    1/2 c. chopped Macadamia nuts
    toasted English muffins
Preparation
    Melt butter in heavy deep saucepan.
    Saute celery until soft, not brown.
    Drain mushrooms and add with curry powder to the celery mixture.
    Mix well.
    Saute 1 minute.
    Stir in the 4 cans of soup and bouillon cube.
    Add 2 cups milk and blend until smooth. Cook for 1 minute over medium heat.
