Underground Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. ham, cubed
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 cans mushroom soup
    2 c. cheese, cubed (Velveeta)
    4 qt. mashed potatoes
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 lb. browned crumbled bacon
Preparation
    Combine ham, margarine, onion and Worcestershire and cook until onions are tender.
    Place in bottom of a medium-size roasting pan.
    In a saucepan, heat together soup, milk and cheese until melted.
    Place over top of onions.
    Mash potatoes using no salt or milk and mix with sour cream.
    Spread over top of mixture and sprinkle with bacon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until hot.
