Diabetic Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. oil
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
1 1/2 c. applesauce
1 tsp. allspice
2 Tbsp. vinegar plus enough water to make 1 1/2 c
1 1/2 c. regular oatmeal

Preparation

Mix all of the ingredients.
Pour batter into an 8 x 12-inch cake pan.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven until toothpick comes out clean.
