Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. olive oil
    large, thinly sliced zucchini
    hot pepper cheese
    Provolone cheese
Preparation
    Fry onion in butter and olive oil until tender.
    Add zucchini and cover until soft and cooked down.
    Pour off water.
    Salt and cover with cheeses. Cover and let melt.
    Serve.
