Crock-Pot Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. chuck roast
    2 jars pepperoncini peppers
    1 pkg. dry Italian dressing
Preparation
    Cut chuck roast in small pieces.
    Place in crock-pot.
    Pour juice from both jars pepperoncini over meat.
    Put 1 jar of pepperoncini in crock-pot with meat.
    Sprinkle dry Italian dressing over meat in crock-pot.
    Cook on high 8 to 10 hours until meat is tender and pulls apart easily.
