Pork Chops And Spanish Rice(Serves 5) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
    1/2 tsp. melted butter
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. chili powder (may add more, depends on your taste)
    dash of salt and pepper
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    4 cans stewed tomatoes, including juice
    1 can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Cooking time is 30 to 35 minutes.
