Dot'S Dip(Shook) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cans Hormel chili (without beans)
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. Monterey cheese
    1 large pkg. Mexican Velveeta
    3/4 medium onion, chopped
    3/4 bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Mix and cook in crock-pot on low until onion and pepper are done.
    Serve hot with favorite chips.
