Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 large can sauerkraut, drained
    5 green onions, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 small jar pimentos
Preparation
    Bring sugar, oil and vinegar to a boil.
    Stir until sugar is dissolved.
    Remove from heat.
    Let cool.
    Mix sauerkraut, onions, celery, green pepper and pimentos.
    Pour vinegar mixture over all. Mix well.
    Refrigerate 24 hours.
    Will keep 2 weeks in refrigerator.
