Tamara'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
    3/4 tsp. seasoned pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. parsley flakes, crushed
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Rinse chicken (removing any loose fat) and lay flat.
    Sprinkle (in this order) seasoned pepper, garlic powder and parsley on one side of chicken.
    Put in skillet (seasoned side up).
    Pour soy sauce over chicken, then pour water around chicken.
    Place lid on skillet, steam chicken (approximately 5 to 7 minutes, each side), turn twice.
    Remove lid and continue cooking until done (most of liquid should be gone when chicken is done).
    Approximate cooking time:
    20 to 30 minutes.
    Serve with your favorite side dishes.
