Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
2 Tbsp. butter
1 minced onion
2 tomatoes, cut up
1/2 c. light cream
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. sherry
3 lb. shrimp, cooked and peeled
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
salt, pepper and paprika
Preparation

Saute mushrooms in butter.
Add onion and tomatoes; simmer 10 minutes.
Blend cream and flour and add along with sherry, Worcestershire, salt, pepper and paprika to taste.
Add shrimp and put in large buttered casserole.
Top with crumbs and bake in 350\u00b0 oven until brown, 20 minutes.
Serves 8.
