Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices soft bread
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    In baking dish, break up bread slices.
    Brown sausage slightly, drain.
    Spoon sausage over bread.
    Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over bread and sausage.
    Beat eggs; add milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Pour over mixture.
