Frozen Strawberries - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 c. strawberries, stemmed and sliced
2 c. sugar
1 (1 3/4 oz.) pkg. pectin
1 c. water

Preparation

Mix strawberries and sugar together.
Let stand 20 minutes. Combine pectin and water and boil 1 minute.
Pour over berries. Mix well.
Seal in freezer containers and freeze.
Makes 5 pints.
