Sour Cream Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Sift flour with baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    Combine sour cream and milk, stirring well.
    In large bowl of electric mixer at high speed, beat eggs until light and fluffy.
    At low speed, blend in flour and sour cream mixture, alternating, beginning and ending with flour.
    Then blend in melted butter. Use 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
