Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sauerkraut
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Bring the sugar and vinegar to a boil; cook until sugar is dissolved.
    Cool and mix all ingredients together.
    Put in a quart jar and let marinate all night in the refrigerator.
    Turn jar each day to mix.
    This will keep for several weeks.
