Fideo Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. fideo noodles
oil (vegetable)
1 clove garlic
1 Tbsp. onion
6 oz. can tomato sauce
3 c. boiling water
2 bouillon cubes
Preparation

Put about 1/4-inch oil in pot over low heat. Add slightly crushed fideo.
Cook until light brown. Turn off heat. Drain oil. Add garlic, onion and tomato sauce. Stir quickly. Add boiling water and bouillon cubes.
Return to a boil. Cover and lower heat to a simmer. Cook about 7 to 8 minutes or until noodles are done.
