Hot Pepper Vinegar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot peppers, sliced
    5 c. white vinegar
Preparation
    Place peppers in a glass container.
    Bring vinegar to a boil and pour over peppers. Put on a loose lid and let stand 1 week. Remove peppers and use vinegar as a condiment for French fries, fish, chile or whatever.
