German Rolled Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 thinly sliced round steaks
    2 tsp. mustard
    salt and pepper
    1 medium onion
    1 small dill pickle
    2 slices bacon
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Sprinkle meat tenderizers on each side and pound.
    Spread mustard thinly over meat; season with salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle chopped onion and pickle over each piece and place bacon over each piece.
    Roll up and fasten with toothpicks.
    Brown in small amount of fat.
    Add 1/2 cup water and simmer 1 hour or until tender.
    Use flour to make a paste to thicken gravy.
    Serve over meat.
