Seafood Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, diced
    3 celery stalks, diced
    3 medium potatoes, diced
    3/4 lb. chowder fish, chopped to 3/4-inch
    1/4 c. small peeled shrimp
    1/4 c. bay scallops
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1/4 c. butter/margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. half and half
Preparation
    In a large pan saute the onion; add celery, potatoes, fish, shrimp, scallops and lemon juice.
    Simmer until potatoes are tender.
    Add the onion salt, parsley, basil and dill weed.
