Holiday Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 Brown 'n Serve sausages
    6 slices bread, cubed (no crust)
    1/2 to 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, cubed
    1/4 c. butter
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Blend eggs; add milk, salt and mustard.
    Brown sausage and cube.
    Butter a 9 x 13-inch glass pan (or 2-quart casserole). Make 3 layers:
    bread, cheese and sausage.
    Pour well mixed egg mixture over top (add more milk to cover bread).
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
