Ham And Pea Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pkg. green split peas
    3 qt. boiling water
    1 bunch carrots, sliced
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    ham bone and meat, sliced
    seasoned salt
Preparation
    Boil moderately fast for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
    Stir occasionally to prevent scorching.
