Mushrooms In Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms, cleaned and chopped
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of thyme
    1 bay leaf
    dash of white pepper
    1/3 c. dry red wine
Preparation
    Brown mushrooms in a saucepan in vegetable oil with salt, thyme, pepper and bay leaf.
    Add the wine.
    Cover and cook over low heat about 5 minutes.
    Remove bay leaf before cooking.
